Very unpleasant shampoo. The lather was bizarre and uncomfortable with negative slip. Made my hair feel stripped and coarse. Normally I give products a few tries but I have zero desire to try this again. Very disappointing since I loooove the conditioner that pairs with this shampoo.

I LOVE Wash Day Delight
I discovered this product at a retail store and absolutely LOVE it! I am writing this honest review after my fourth use and have tried both the aloe and rose. I initially purchased it because I figured the liquid-like formula and application tip would be easy to apply to and cleanse my scalp when wearing braids but I also use it on my Afro! It has a fresh scent and does not leave my 4C hair feeling stripped of moisture after rinsing. Side note of what works for me: the directions say to wet hair first, but I personally prefer to apply it to dry scalp/hair. I sit at my bathroom vanity and gently massage it in part by part. And if I'm wearing my Afro, I also apply and finger-comb through each section of my hair. I then allow the product to stay on for several minutes before rinsing. I use plenty of the product but do not experience much of it running down; but if it does, I simply wipe my face/neck with a wet cloth because I want the product to stay on for a little while before rinsing. Again, this is what works for me. Enjoy!

Great Mild Clarifying Shampoo for Locs
I have 2 month old microlocs, and I decided to try this after researching some clarifying shampoos. I use the one from Kinky Curly and love it. But I don't like citrus smells, and since it is a stronger clarifying shampoo, it's too harsh to use more frequently than once a month. But since I am very active, I need to wash my locs 2-4 times a month. I wanted to find something that was still clarifying but milder and this will do the trick. I love the smell, and it got my hair really clean. Since it's more of a liquid, it make it really easy to work it into my scalp around my locs. And my locs are really soft, which is great considering I can't use conditioner until they mature. This will definitely be a new staple for me.

I love the way that it lathers. This shampoo is unique because it starts of as a liquid then foams as you work it into your hair. The scent is very nice as well.
