Love it 4 life
Great for curly, oily, age density hair.
The smell is great
The detangling jelly is the ultimate best 4 easy tangled hair.
I won't use any other shampoo.
The shampoo provides a natural clean linen like scent it does not suds but it still cleans deep and concentratedly with the nozzle.
I highly recommend.

Perfect for dense, thick hair and sensitive scalps
I have multiethnic hair which culminates in curls ranging from 2A to 4A throughout my tresses. My hair is super thick and dense. I have some skin conditions that make me sensitive to many ingredients in most shampoos as well as being allergic to my own sweat, grass and hay pollens/dust, etc. This shampoo is the first that I’ve been able to continue to use and have used for going on 3 years now! The formula washes away sweat and dirt leaving my scalp feeling clean, healthy, and not dried out or greasy…balanced. Brilliant shine and moisture still left in my curls. The smell is fresh, natural, and not overwhelming. Coupled with the conditioning gel, I’m able to introduce moisture to my hair without heavy buildup or irritation to my scalp. The applicator makes it so easy to get the product directly to my scalp which has always been an issue due to the density of my hair. I cannot sing the accolades of this product any louder. I recommend to all my friends.

Good *clarifying* shampoo
This is a really good shampoo. For clarifying. I didn't know that this is what it was until I saw how it was listed on other websites. Nowhere on the bottle does it use the word "clarifying".
I used it as my only shampoo for most of the summer and it left my hair kind of on the dry side. When I learned that it was a clarifying shampoo, I used it for my first wash and then followed it with a more moisturizing shampoo and that's where I saw it really shine. I use gels and sometimes products with butters or oils in it and I definitely feel like this is getting my cat scalp clean without feeling stripped.

Great cleansing shampoo
This shampoo is my go to cleansing shampoo.
After each wash day with this product, my hair feels so clean.
Its not really a moisturizing shampoo but for those wash days where you need to have a clean base… AMAZING!

Caused flakiness and waxy texture!
I saw this product at Target and wanted to try something new. I had never seen a shampoo that wasn't really creamy like other products, and I liked that it did not have any sulfate, parabens, etc. in it. Seemed worth a try. The first time I used it I noticed my hair became more flaky, like there were white flakes clinging to my roots and my hair felt more oily. I figured user error. I used it again yesterday and the same result, and I felt I had washed it out of my hair thoroughly. When fixing my hair in the bathroom at work later, my hair looked like I had put wax or gel in it, especially at the roots. I was totally mortified. My hair looked dirty even though I had just washed it. The only product I had in my hair was this shampoo. I have 3A hair so maybe this product just isn't meant for me, but it's even advertised on the website as being for all curl types. Really disappointed and now unsure how to fix my hair. I don't know what to do.

Squeaky clean - not a pleasant scent
So I have some thoughts on this. I feel that it does clean my hair well. I rinse my hair daily and then use a leave-in conditioner (Not CD) and by the end of the week, there is some build-up — not a lot, but enough to need a clarifying shampoo. While it does the job (it gets squeaky clean), I feel like it does strip my hair a bit. Once I add the jelly conditioner though - all is well. I feel that the system needs to be used to get the proper benefit. My only complaint on the products I have tried so far is the SMELL. It’s very strong! Very!! It’s not a pleasant scent (I can only compare it to a pine forest). I plan to try the rose scent once I run out of what I have now.

Heavy and gross on hair
Left my hair greasy and gross. I had to wash it out after the shower. So disappointed as I took a hair quiz and tried it. I should have stuck with the normal one
