Not for everyone
My daughter is mixed and has 3c/4a and medium porosity hair. This left a gummy, sticky residue on her hair. It would refresh her curls, but the sticky residue meant touching her hair even a little bit after it was dry would cause it to frizz up even worse than before, like it would stick to her hands :( We actually liked the spray bottle, we washed it out and we are using watered down Goddess Strength cream instead

One of the worst refreshers- AWFUL perfume smell
I bought this a few weeks ago and could only use it a couple of times with how awful it was. I have 2c/3a hair and was excited to try this (and a product from the company) to keep my day 2-3 curls going. The scent of the perfume is so strong that it gave me a migraine the entire day. People sitting around me could even notice how strong of a chemical smell there was. That was enough of an issue alone, but the product itself is so heavy and sticky that it takes all volume out of curls and makes them feel oily.
I reached out to the customer service team to process a refund, and they told me I would have to pay for returning it. At $12 a package to be delivered, I was paying more for the return than I would the product. The team was very unhelpful in getting to a solution.
I wouldn't recommend this or the company to anybody I talk with.
