Miss the old fragrance ):
Absolutely love this however... I got SO MANY compliments on the old fragrance and it was just so soothing and nice... it smelled SO GOOD and now it's just disappointing.

Amazing refresh
This has been my holy grail! When I need a refresh with my natural hair, I’ll spray this hair milk on it and give a shake, and my hair is brand new. I’ve also been using this spray on my curly sew in and it does the same!

Irritating and heavily perfumed.
I love the grit it gives my fine, over soft but super dense hair. That quality kept me using it a while. It is more hydrating than my low porosity hair needs, but for some reason the drying and "gritty" ingredients seem to subdue the feeling and presence of excess moisture.
HOWEVER -- it is quite sticky and binds my strands into a big mass of big Mother Curls (3a/3b noodle type things) when used for refresh that are not easily separated or defined. I can imagine this could be more disastrous for those prone to tangles. But what really kills it for me is the potential for irritation. Half the ingredients listed are fragrance components for a reason -- it is perfume AND hair product. I have sensitive skin and I am noticing a good amount of irritation. I need to constantly wipe it off my face while styling and worry about my hair rubbing off on my pillows and cushions. For a natural hair care brand I find that very disappointing as I am generally well accommodated by other brands with similar missions. I had little reason to believe this product would be so heavy in fragrance and irritants. I hate the scent, but even if I liked it, it would be excessive.

Excellent and light weight
I’m so happy I found this Hair Milk! My hair is super fine and super frizzy, most “conditioner” products weigh my hair down to flat but not this! It‘s very lightweight and my curls came springing back with just a little spray and scrunching with my hands. Thank you so much!!

Please don’t ever get rid of this product!
I hardly ever review products anymore as a busy mom of 3 kids, ages 5 & under. I found this product when my oldest was about 2.5/3. Since then I have gone through 1.5 bottles monthly (& shes 5.5). I use this EVERY SINGLE DAY for my daughter’s 3C/4A curls. I use all the Goddess Strength shampoo, conditioner, leave in cream & the scalp oil for wash day but this is our daily curl refresher. I absolutely love this stuff as it’s moisturizing enough to refresh her curls daily but lightweight enough that it doesn't weight her hair down and doesn't make it sticky or hard. (She autistic too so the sensory issue of her hair being sticky or heavy is awful for her). This is the best product I have tried (& I have tried almost every product that exists & many other brands). When we switched to all Carols daughters products my daughters hair grew stronger, longer, shinier and just was overall healthier. For some reason Target stopped selling this which makes me nervous but I can still get it from Walmart. PLEASE DONT EVER STOP MAKING THIS!! Ive tried EVERYTHING similar and NOTHING compares. I also use this on my 2.5 yr old sons 3A curls and its lightweight enough for his curls as well. I have recently started using it on my 1 year olds 3C curls as well and since he has the same hair type as my daughter I know I’ll be relying on it a lot as his hair grows longer in the future. This product is an absolute staple in my household and we will be using this forever!

Great product for natural hair
The scent is pretty strong so if you’re sensitive to scents this may not be for you. It works great on my hair but I did get a bit of a headache.
It’s made with some great things that are good for your hair.
