Hello, to you all. We, at Carol’s Daughter hope that you and your families are well, safe and together, even in social distancing.

Thankfully, with technology we are able to maintain connections and conversations with loved ones. Many of us are now working from home and our children are going to school at home, and we don’t have any idea when this new normal will end.

I want you to know that we are here for you. As we ensure our staff and our staff’s families are safe and secure, we will be gathering (virtually, of course) to brainstorm new ways to stay connected with you in these days of social distancing.

We’d like to ensure there is no urgency for you to leave home. As always, our Carolsdaughter.com site is up where shipping will be free on orders of $40 or more and our retailer online stores are also up and running. Know that stores, still open, will have our items in stock for when you do venture out for essential items.

When will I receive a response from customer service?

Why can’t I choose expedited shipping?

This includes packaging that seals and protects the product from external contamination before it is opened by consumers. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of the virus through use of beauty products and there have not been any cases associated with it.

Are your products coming from China?

As a brand of the L’Oreal Group, all Carol’s Daughter products made anywhere in the world, including China, follow strict quality control measures to ensure consumer safety. This includes certain packaging that is sealed to protect the product from external contamination before it is opened by consumers. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of the virus with imported goods and there have not been any cases associated with imported goods. According to experts at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there is likely very low risk of the Coronavirus spread from products or packaging that are shipped from China.
