Pretty good is promising for damaged hair!
If you have very dry/damaged hair(3b/c) this is great to make your hair very healthy it’s not a long term item tho and while you use it probably 1-3 bottles you might wanna use something to get rid of frezz it doesn’t really help with that but if you find a product that can help with that it’s great!!

This deep conditioner is absolutely amazing. The first time I tried it, I was blown away, wowed, shocked, and in awe. I have "4C" hair and this deep conditioner melts my tangles away, and makes my detangling a breeze. I love the creaminess of this product. It isn't to thick, but it isn't thin either. The smell of this product is just right. There aren't notes of cake batter (which I do love, but not all the time), flowers, herbs, etc.This product has a fresh clean smell and it isn't overpowering. I look forward to deep conditioning when using this product, and I will continue to purchase.

The smell is too strong..
I used this product on my three year old daughter's hair because she has natural curls and I wanted to define her curls. Well the mango fragrance in it is too strong and makes me nauseous..she didnt notice the smell so maybe it's just me.

Great hair mask!
I have 3b curls. I apply a sufficient amount of this mask to my hair and apply heat for 15-30 minutes. It leaves my hair pretty soft, but I have to sit under the dryer otherwise it doesn't work as great.
