Absolute life saverI’ve suffered with dry flaky itchy scalp for yrs needing to wash my hair to relieve the itch nearly everyday I’d tried everything nothing had worked & I seen this product which was reduced in Superdrug & because of the good price reduction & my mums called carol I bought it & after using it for only 2wks my flaky itchy scalp is completely gone hair loss is less I’ve recommended it to everyone now after never knowing about it this is now the only product I will use on my hair as it looks & feels & smells amazing thank you so much it’s amazing

NOT for sensitive skin, VERY dryingI wanted to love this shampoo and conditioner because I adore vanilla fragrances. However, while the smell is amazing, these products made the ends of my hair super dry and though I have changed nothing else in my diet, skin or hair care, I am finding that my scalp, ears and forehead are red and itchy after using this combination. As well as this though, I am also seeing that my hair is appearing to have a subtle look of buildup. I also want to add that I ordered this off Amazon and saw reviews stating the shampoo bottle was significantly underfilled compared to the conditioner bottle, and I found that to be true. I won't be purchasing this line again.
For reference to anyone looking at this review, I am a Caucasian with very fine, 2A hair and this product line was what had been recommended to me through this company's "curl quiz"

Improve the Pump!!!I bought a bottle in Costco, I love this shampoo and conditioner the only downside is the pump, there aren't instructions on which side to turn it on or if you have to press it down, horrible! I tried everything but I can't get it open. You need to improve this

Made my hair feel worse unfortunatelyWhile I love the scent of the Black Vanilla this made my hair feel drier than what it is already. While shampooing it caused my hair to clump together and feel straw like. The conditioner helped the situation a little but when my hair dried it was so frizzy and course feeling even more than before I ever used it.

smells delicious, super nourishing, pretty hairI have been trying for years to find a shampoo and conditioner to tame my limp frizzy hair. I took the hair quiz and got the Hair Milk Cleansing conditioner but my local Walmart didn’t carry it so I ended up getting the Black Vanilla shampoo and conditioner set. My hair has felt so soft and nourished. It has also been noticeably growing faster. I’m so thankful I found this system!

Great for curly hairAside from smelling great and leaving my hair feeling super clean, this shampoo works great on my 3b curly hair. Definitely recommend this product. I will continue to buy this product once I'm finished with this one.

No pump in my opinionOkay so i can’t find the rose + aloe scent i got from this limited edition series but yooooo carol’s daughter - the product ✨ spectacular ✨ the pump?! Broke in 2 seconds. But just took the cap off and use the residual from the pump stick and ik that sounds wild but it’s literally like honey but it foams up so nice. Can def see for how some hair may not handle but i have thick coarse latino ppl type hair and after a long day of product this def leaves your head feeling super soft . But yeah no pump would have made some moves for this
