A Word On Black Vanilla From Lisa...

"Black Vanilla had its origins in Brooklyn’s annual International African Arts Festival. Almost 30 years ago I smelled an incense called “Black Coconut” at that festival. It led me on a search to find the oil and then blend it with other oils to create Black Vanilla.

It all started with Black Vanilla Leave-In Conditioner. The idea was to provide fragrance for your hair while also giving it moisture and shine.

Black Vanilla is such a staple to me and to my customers. Its story, its history with the consumer. And most of all, its ability to deliver moisture, shine, detangling and deep conditioning for nearly 30 years is remarkable to me."
