The Herbal Pedicure Ritual goes as follows:

1. Remove polish from nails. Buff feet to remove hardened skin, then wash.
2. Toss in 1-2 tablespoons of the Rosemary & Sage Herbal Foot Bath into a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes, intermittently sloughing the soles with a pumice stone and the herbs in the foot bath.
3. Clip nails (not too short - too short promotes in-grown toenails).
4. Massage cuticles and nail beds with Lemon and Jojoba Cuticle Oil. Push back cuticles, gently, using clean tools.
5. Scrub toenails and feet with a nail brush. Next, scoop some of the Lemon Ginger Mint Manicure in a Jar into palm of hands and massage feet.
6. Rinse off feet in cool water and dry.
7. Massage with Sage & Shea Foot Butter. Polish or leave nails natural.
