The Herbal Pedicure Ritual goes as follows:

1. Remove polish from nails. Buff feet to remove hardened skin, then wash.
2. Toss in 1-2 tablespoons of the Rosemary & Sage Herbal Foot Bath (4 oz.) into a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes, intermittently sloughing the soles with a pumice stone and the herbs in the foot bath.
3. Clip nails (not too short - too short promotes in-grown toenails).
4. Massage cuticles and nail beds with Lemon and Jojoba Cuticle Oil. Push back cuticles, gently, using clean tools.
5. Scrub toenails and feet with a nail brush. Next, scoop some of the Lemon Ginger Mint Manicure into palm of hands and massage feet.
6. Rinse off feet in cool water and dry.
7. Massage with Sage & Shea Foot Butter. Polish or leave nails natural.
