For use in the shower: Squeeze a small amount of cleansing gel onto a wet wash cloth, loofah or sponge, apply directly to wet skin. Lather and rinse.

For use in the bath: Pour two or three capfuls, more if desired, under running bath water for a soothing and relaxing spa-like bath.
