Orders are processed, received, and shipped to destination within 2- 4 business days. Orders must be received by 10:30 AM EST. Any orders received after 10:30 AM will begin their processing cycle on the next business day.

CANADA

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. We only ship via UPS, please expect delivery within 5 - 10 business days from ship date. Please note: All orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

(UPS will not forward packages to Canada without a valid phone number. Please provide a valid phone number with your order.)

ALASKA, HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES

Carolsdaughter.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). All orders shipping to these locations must select UP2 - 2nd Day Priority (We cannot ship UPS Ground to these locations). There will be an additional $10.00 added to all orders shipped to these locations.

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions.

Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We're sorry products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Some items sold by Carolsdaughter.com require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. We comply with these regulations; therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
