Product Marketing Manager

Locations: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage launch strategies, including competitive analysis and market feasibility
  • Create detailed timelines and manage all dates and deliverables for launches
  • Forecast retail potential of new launches, as well as identifying cannibalized products and projected cannibalized factors
  • Develop marketing initiatives/promotional calendar to support new product launches
  • Collaborate with the creative team and vendors to identify and develop packaging
  • Ensure legal requirements are met for new product names
  • Initiate product and marketing copy needs and ensure consistency of message for particular launch
  • Create and track budgets for all marketing expenses associated with launches
  • Identify new product and promotional item opportunities within category
  • Liaise with PR, E-Commerce, Merchandising and Sales Promotion on new product launches to ensure press and on-line efforts are in line with brand positioning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum three years experience ideally in beauty marketing
  • Highly analytical with the ability to gather, dissect and evaluate large amounts of information make recommendations to management
  • Innate project management skills with a high attention to detail
  • Process-oriented
  • Must be creative and innovative, and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident public speaking skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all levels of management, and perform effectively as a team player

Creative Services Manager

Locations: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all creative initiatives inclusive of planning, managing the process flow, scheduling and integration among creative services, cross functions, and external vendors.
  • Manage the creative request of all departments.
  • Develop and manage all creative project activities including project timelines, production requirements, as well as budget and resources management.
  • Detailed project planning, tracking and status reporting i.e. progress, issues and budgets.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines.
  • Build an image archive using an FTP site.
  • Coordinate with designers and outside vendors on production of all creative deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a creative capacity, preferably in Cosmetics and/or Retail or within an Ad Agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Graphic design experience in print advertising a plus.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.

Lead Customer Service Representative

Locations: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

  • New hire training, handling escalated calls, and quality assurance of the customer service
  • Answer inbound calls in a call center environment
  • Enter sales orders and answer questions regarding products
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email
  • Provide resolution on customer issues
  • Conduct new hire training
  • Handle escalated calls

Vice President of Sales

Locations: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for ensuring budgeted revenues are reached in the retail stores, wholesale, and independent markets through the development, direction and implementation of effective and efficient sales strategy and tactic. He/She will establish and implement strategies which increase visibility and strengthen the company's relationships with our retail partners.
  • Develop and manage sales according to sales plan and budgets
  • Provide the company with profitable, annual sales volume
  • Manage the P&L for retail, wholesale, and independent accounts
  • Identify and capture new sales and partnership opportunities
  • Develop and recommend distribution strategies
  • Partner with marketing and operations to drive sales and develop sell through initiatives
  • Evaluate performance against expectations of staff
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the regional and training team
  • Track and measure impact of promotions on overall sales
  • Develop and implement a clientele program for the retail stores
  • Ensure our retail partners are provided with training and support
