Key Accountabilities:
Greet and engage each customer enthusiastically Practice suggestive selling by sharing product knowledge Develop and regularly update clientele book Maintain sales and express credit goals Attend periodic vendor training seminars to enhance product knowledge Adhere to shortage control and compliance procedures Promote teamwork
Business Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through associate development maintenance of necessary stock levels and effective event execution. Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships in order to support the business. Maintain customer service and selling as the priority. Support all Macys selling and service programs in place. I.e. TUWYT, Star Rewards, Give Back events, etc. Ensure staffing levels maintenance by recruiting, hiring, scheduling and retaining the appropriate quality of staff. Drive selling metrics and average sales through effective tracking, coaching and counseling of associates team. Effectively coach and counsel associate to achieve desired levels of performance through our performance management system. Maintain merchandise presentation standards of department and ensure merchandise is replenished on the selling floor. Maintain department operating standards. STORE MANAGER
Store Management Candidates must have a proven track record in the beauty industry with experience of managing several retail stores throughout their career. Candidate must be customer-oriented, have at least 5-7 years of store management experience, experience in leadership, training & development of staff, all while driving company initiatives.
Reporting: Directly reports to Retail Operations Manager
Key Initiatives:
Exercise intellectual and creative discretion and judgment in management and leadership of store employees. Manage a store team consisting of an assistant manager & selling associates. Responsible for overseeing the P and L of retail store. Driving store revenue. Drive business sales with clientele programs and leadership. Protect the Carol's Daughter brand with clear communication to store teams on selling, visual and personal presentation standards Up-hold product knowledge, visual & store operation standards. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Basic math skills are necessary. Computer literacy including MS Office a plus Maintain Carol's Daughter standards and hold staff accountable for providing quality customer service and achieving sales goals. Analyze and review sales associate's performance.
